Banana nut muffins....mmmmm!

To most people homemade muffins aren't a big deal. But, if you know me, you know I can't bake worth a darn! Cake from a mix, brownies, cookies...nope. I can, however, make muffins and a good pie!

Kammie came home with me, while Heather and Justin took Jaiden to the doctor. She wanted to "make something, please!" I had bananas that were on their last day! Hence, the muffins!

They turned out perfect. If I do say so myself!

I sent most of them home with the kids (otherwise I would eat them. ALL!)

Kammie wore her new apron that I got at Goodwill for .75. It has an old fashioned phone appliqued on it.

Mmmmm! Banana muffins are so yummy!
I used to make them with unsweetened applesauce...in place of the butter or oil! They tasted great...and I could eat a couple without feeling too guilty!!
What? No pictures of the muffins or the aprons?

The muffins look scrumptuous. That apron is just the cutest! Love it. laurie
