The finished project. I am so happy with how everything turned out. It looks so nice and fresh. Now, if I didn't have to cook!!

My goodwill goodies.
I bought this white TV at an auction across the street for $12.00.
Here are 3 different wallpapers that I stripped off.
This was the original wallboard. This was here when we moved in in 1984!!
This is the white, textured wallpaper that I have used for the past 5-6 years. I was so very happy to get rid of this wallpaper. While it looked nice and I liked it in the beginning. It wasn't washable. If anything was spilled or splattered on the wall, it looked terrible. I have replaced this wallpaper several times with the same paper.

I promised myself I would never wallpaper again! It is easy to hang but a bear to remove!

Denise, LOVE the kitchen, so cute! You guys did an awesome job! I miss Goodwill SO bad, I may come home just to go to goodwill and get real pizza at Brunos! *laugh* Well, I mean besides seeing the Family... :)
I just love how your kitchen turned out. It looks very warm and inviting. I like the tile wallboard that you chose for your back splash. Very nice. =)
Wow Denise! Your kitchen looks awesome! It looks so bright, airy and cheerful! I know you must love waking up and walking in there in the mornings! I love the crispness of it all and that splash of red is great! (I LOVE red)!
